Reader Dhurga is the one who talked me into buying the sari that I wore for the temple dedication. This is the first time I wore it. It's my first sari with a matching blouse!
I do love saris, but I appreciate that there's no pressure on me for wearing them, it's always just because I want to! (Well, except on the ashram grounds we did have to wear non-western dress, my dad even wore a dhoti, but it was our choice to be there...)
