It was an interest...Thank you for your post, Aamba. It was an interesting look into your history and practice. I hope you decide to give the Eight Point Program a try. It's very difficult, there's no doubting that. But for me at least, it's been very rewarding. And memorizing a number of passages, having choices so that your mind doesn't get bored and start goofing about during your sessions, is a real benefit.
